"The United States' concept of justifiable homicide/Executions in criminal law stands on the dividing line between an excuse, justification and an exculpation. In other words, it takes a case that would otherwise have been a murder or another crime representing intentional killing, and either excuses or justifies the individual accused from all criminal liability or treats the accused differently from other intentional killers.

My name is Mr. Warren Waddy I'm 53 years young, 5'101/2, I am 248 Ibs.I'm also diobetic.

I am on Death Row for 21 years this past Aug. 6, I like to write anyone who would like to write me, age 21 and over, races don't matter all are welcome. I am also a grandfather of a granddaughter 6, and a grandson 6, I'm the father of two daughters one 29, and one 27 they both live in Columbus Ohio.

Lieber Leser,

ich hoffe diese Nachricht erreicht jeden wohlauf und in aller bester Gesundheit!

Mein Name ist Mr. Warren Waddy. Ich bin 53 Jahre jung, 1,80 m groß und wiege 112 kg. Ich bin Diabetiker. Seit dem 6. August 2007 bin ich 21 Jahren im Todestrakt. 

Ich würde gern jedem schreiben der mir schreiben möchte, Alter ab 21 Jahren, Herkunft spielt keine Rolle ich freue mich über jeden.
