"The United States' concept of justifiable homicide/Executions in criminal law stands on the dividing line between an excuse, justification and an exculpation. In other words, it takes a case that would otherwise have been a murder or another crime representing intentional killing, and either excuses or justifies the individual accused from all criminal liability or treats the accused differently from other intentional killers.

My name is Jose N. Martinez, I have been in Texas Death Row for 10 years, and it has been the loneliest 10 years of my life.

I am looking to correspond with some down to earth people men or women it doesn't matter but people that has a great sense of humor and loves to write.

As you can tell, I am of Mexican blood by my name I was born in Weslaco Texas and later moved to Houston with my family. I do not hear from my family very much hardly at all except on my birthday in „which is December 31st, yeah I am a new year eve baby!

I am 30 years old 5'2 tall with brown hair and brown eyes, well my head is actually shaved so when I have hair it would be brown I am a funny Mexican and I like to make people laugh I like write a lot. I also like to draw and read horror books especially if they are by Stephen King he is great. I like to play basketball and love to box when I was in the free. I use to want to be a professional boxer and I must say I could been pretty good. I have people that live on both side of me and even then, it is still lonely. I try not to get to close to the guys here because one day they are here and next day they are gone. So if you can find it in your heart to write me it would be greatly appreciated.

I am in the middle of my appeals and my lawyer tells me everything is looking okay and that I have a chance to get off Death Row and have a new trail again.

I need friends now while I am in the hardest Fight of all the Fight for my Life.... Thanks
