In other words, it takes a case that would otherwise have been a murder or another crime representing intentional killing, and either excuses or justifies the individual accused from all criminal liability or treats the accused differently from other intentional killers.

My name is Clinton Spencer. I'm an easy going individual with a great personality, loving heart, good listener, and I know how to appreciate a person who know how to treat and respect a human being. I'm not prejudiced at all concerning ages, race,creed or color. To me, we are all equal.
I seek correspondence with a caring, humorous, honest, fun-loving person who is willing to cherish and share among both & us and to express smiles endured within our hearts if the chemistry is there.

Due to a cruel twist & fate, I'm locked up and lonely with nobody to write I'm currently on Arizona Condemned Row in the "USA". Not a situation I wish to be in. However, we must all deal with glitches spackled throughout our lives. This just happen to be my glitch. This is an opportunity for the both & us. I can find a friend to help me deal with my situation. You can find an avenue to express your own problems and concerns to write where nobody could invade. I will respond to all who are sincere and willing to give me a try.

Mein Name ist Clinton Spencer. Ich bin ein netter Mensch mit einer tollen Persönlichkeit, einem liebenden Herzen, bin ein guter Zuhörer und ich weiß einen Menschen zu schätzen, der weiß, wie man andere behandelt und andere Menschen respektiert. Ich bin nicht voreingenommen gegenüber aller Altersgruppen, Rassen, Glauben oder Hautfarbe. Für mich sind wir alle gleich. Ich möchte gerne einer Person schreiben die fürsorglich, humorvoll, ehrlich und fröhlich ist und es schätzt und mir mitteilt, wenn sich zwischen uns und unseren Herzen Freude entwickelt wenn die Chemie stimmt. 

Aufgrund einer grausamen, schicksalhaften Verwicklung bin ich eingesperrt und einsam. Ich habe niemanden, dem ich schreibe. Ich bin momentan im Todestrakt von Arizona, USA. Nicht gerade eine Situation, in der ich gerne bin. Wie auch immer, wir müssen alle mit Störungen umgehen, die wir im Leben erfahren. Dies ist mir nur durch einen Störschub geschehen. Das ist eine Gelegenheit für uns beide. Ich kann einen Freund finden, der mir dabei hilft mit der Situation fertig zu werden. Sie können einen Weg finden, Ihre eigenen Probleme und Angelegenheiten auszudrücken auf eine Art, wo keiner sich einmischen kann. Ich werde all denen antworten, die ehrlich sind und es mit mir versuchen möchten.
