Hello,

My name is Bernardo. I‘m from Nicaragua and have been on Death Row Texas, U.S. 14 years. I am looking for a person with a genuine heart who I can reciprocate a friendship based in sincerity and loyalty.

I have no family in the U.S. to help me or/ visit me.   Writing and receiving letters helps distract me from the desperation of my situation. I am human being with virtues and weakness, but I am also an honor and loyal person. My trial turned into sad drama with false, accusations and judicial manipulation in which evidence was deliberately exclude.

I was under 18 years old at the time of the offense. On 2005 the U.S. Supreme Court (Prohibits) the execution of prisoners under 18 yrs. old at the time of the offense. But the state of Texas, refuses to accept my Birth Certificate.

I am a positive person, sociable and with a sense of humor. I like to draw, read write poems and listen to inspirational music. I also like create new clothing designs, jewelry and car. I like to practice martial arts. I also study justice criminal, and I’m appealing my case.
